Now, Carell was the one who confirmed their recent project together and the happiness of working with John again in a new film. Recently in an interview, Steve Carell spoke about the “Imaginary Friends” project , the film where he will work again with John Krasinski after almost ten years since the end of “The Office”: “ Well, I still haven't started working on the film with him, but I can't wait . I am anticipating only joy and fun. I mean, he's the best and he's a great director ."

In addition, the actor spoke about The Office and its popularity to this day, stating that he finds it "strange but charming" that the series remains so popular despite the years and the distinguishable humor it carries: " It's strange, but I think it's lovely that people are still watching it, it's finding new generations of fans, so that's great," he said. “ When we were doing it, we never thought it would resonate like that. But we're glad you did! “
