Spectacular new trailer for 'Black Adam': Dwayne Johnson promises to revolutionize the DC Universe by playing the powerful antihero
Three years have already passed, which is said soon, since the people of Warner Bros. announced that it would continue expanding its DC Universe —or what is left of it— with a feature film focused on Black Adam, Shazam's archenemy, whom he already was mentioned in the hilarious and refreshing film directed by David F. Sandberg, released in 2019.
Now, after having been able to take a first —and brief— look at this ambitious spin-off in which we could see the imposing figure of Dwayne Johnson playing the antihero created by C. C. Beck and Otto Binder, we can get our hands on him in a new trailer that , now yes, put some more meat on the grill.
Directed by the Catalan living in Los Angeles Jaume Collet-Serra, responsible for titles such as 'The Orphan', 'Blue Hell', 'The Passenger' or 'A Night to Survive' —the truth is that it doesn't usually fail—, the film complete its cast with names like Noah Centineo, Sarah Shahi, Aldis Hodge, or Pierce Brosnan himself, who will adopt the identity of the famous Dr. Fate.
In order to enjoy a 'Black Adam' that is looking better and better, we will have to wait until October 21, 2022. While we wait, in addition to the trailer that presides over these lines, I leave you here the last official poster with Dwayne Johnson's profile in all its glory.
